My boss surely suffers from a split personality syndrome. Outside the office he will be your best buudy but if you see him inside the office , he is not less than a monster who keeps yelling at people. He is so illlogical that most of the time what he speaks , does not make sense to most of us but he will keep on blabbering. And if by chance ,he starts speaking in a meeting then he does not stop untill all of us start snoring.

He has this habit of constantly nagging like you have not done this, u should do that.....why are you doing this....hello i am not the one who decided what functions ill be handling , first of all he has dumped all kachra responsibilties on me and then this bugger tells me that i am not contributing to the growth of the department.

He is such a big nagger that i feel like avoiding him all the time...just do not want to see his face. Oh god..do not understand why he is so badly after my life.....we all are grown ups and he will still ask questions like why did you come late to office by five mins or why were you not on your desk for 1 min, this habbit infact is the most irritating habit. He will highlight all mistakes but will never praise for the good work done. To hell with him, i have really stopped bothering about his constant nagging.
