Its been ten years but i can never forget my first boss. I had just completed my graduation and to earn some extra money i started working in one of the world's most famous fast food joints. Being new i was pretty slow in my work but my boss never shouted at me for that or pointed out that to me.He always motivated me to do better and made me believe in myself. Infact during the lunch hour rush, he would just come and stand by my side and help me in putting things right. He always supported me in my lows, he was a role model for everyone.With his constant support I not only picked up my job but soon got a promotion. Its been ten years with the same company and i am working as a senior manager, the credit for my success goes to him. Hope all bosses understand that small appreciation or motivation can actually do wonders.
