I work for a consulting company and my job requires me to be innovative. My boss here is a dumb ass and really bad at creative thinking. But the problem is that this dude is too good at stealing somebody's idea and presenting them as his own.

Last week, I was entrusted with the task of making a presentation for a client with whom we were trying to crack a deal. It was my golden chance to prove myself, an oppourtunity of life time, and I was sooooo happy. Little did I know that my dream was waiting to be shattered.

I had two days to prepare the presentation, so I worked really hard and spent sleepless nights. Finally the presentation was ready and it was fantastic. Next day he asked me to show him the presentation and explain him the whole thing. He was very impressed and told me to send a copy to him. One day before the presentation, he called me up in the evening and told me that the higher management feels that only one person should go and make presentation to the client and that has to be a senior manager so he is going. But he assured me that he will let the higher management know that it was my work and ill get due credit for my hardwork. But this dude actually lied to me and went there, gave the presentation as if he has made it. He got all the praise and I GOT NOTHING !!!

When i came to know about it, can't explain to you guys how bad i felt, i felt like shouting at the top of my voice, i felt like killing him, i felt like crying, i felt CHEATED.
