I work for a small software company which is owned by my boss who is by nature a control freak. He has made all sorts of stupid and shitty rules that help him to control employees life in every possible way. The moment we enter, till the time we leave for home, our every move, our every step is watched by him. People are supposed to swipe their id cards before they enter the office , so that he can keep track of who is coming on time, who is coming five mins late blah blah.
We have to swipe our cards before entering the rest room area, again the same reason , Mr. Boss wants to keep track who spends more time in peeing, how many times an employee pee in a day so on and so forth.

Even this much is not enough , he himself sits on fifth floor but keeps taking rounds of all floors to find out who is doing what? We just a get a half an hour lunch break. In this half an hour we just have enough time to rush to the ground floor from the 8th floor where I sit and grab what ever is available. So what most of us do , we get what ever is available and hide it in our drawers so that we can eat when ever we get time in between but even that is not acceptable to this ruthless fellow. He is always on the look out for a chance ,where he can catch people eating and show them down. We have requested him several times that this much time is not enough for lunch but this monster has refused to listen to our plight. I really hate him, infact pity him for his narrow -mindedness
