My boss is an ass and has recently joined from another organisation. He is such a lazy ass that the only work that he does in the whole day is '' to delegate" work.

He constantly cribs about how nice and organised his previous organisation was and how disorganised and ignorant all of us are. Hello , if you were so much in love with your ex- company, then why the hell did you leave it and came here....I am 100% sure that they must have thrown him out.

He does not even reply to the simplest of the mails( even where no brains are required). I guess the only task that he does is to write FYA( for your action) and then he will keep on bothering us after every five minutes to know , what action have we taken. This is damn irritating man and i really hate him for this.

Not only this he even yells at us and write stinker mails, even if we make a small mistake.I have never seen him appreciating anyone but himself.......I really hate him to the extent that I really want to murder him.
