Dumb Cow-It's all in the name Cowart
She is terrible. I think she was a fat chick in High School and is trying to make up for it by creating clicks at work. She gossips about everyone and is always trying to start stuff. She went to some pathetic party college and got a degree in music, and now she ended up doing accounting. She knows that she is less qualified than most of her employees so she will not let them do certain things that may show her up. She actually got drunk at the last Christmas party and was hitting on this guy who is 25 years younger than her. She initially claimed that she wanted him to date her daughter (another fat chick), but once she got the alcohol in her system, it was apparent that she was the one who wanted to get him in bed (yes, she is married). They make fun of her in HR b/c every time there is a new team or group, or meeting, she demands to be involved even though she rarely has anything to contribute. It is amazing how simple our job is and she tries to be dramatic every time there is a small change on a spreadsheet.
The worst part is that I really love my other bosses and my job, but it is really hard to work for someone I don't have any respect for. And the funny thing is that she really thinks she is cool b/c she hangs out with the company gossip, but this girl is just about as dumb as a brick. she is one of those people who just barely scraped by with a degree and tries to act all smart, but most people at the company can see that most of the time she has no idea what she is talking about. It's rather humorous what people say about them , but it is not enough to make my job any more bearable. I'm working with a moron.
